If you are interested in receiving a fully customized sleep plan for your child but wish to go about implementing that plan all on your own, then this is the package for you! This package is designed for all the DIY (do-it-yourself) lovers out there who need the direction of a Little Knappers Sleep Co’s custom sleep plan but feel they can confidently commit to the process independently. This package is for those who do not feel they require that one-on-one and on-going support of a certified sleep consultant.   What's Included? - Initial family assessment via sleep/feed tracking log and questionnaire. - A customized sleep plan for your child(ren). - A virtual 1.5-hour consultation with your sleep consultant which includes the following: - A review of all initial family assessment documentation. - Assessment of sleep space. - In depth review/training of your child’s sleep plan. - Answer any questions you may have before you set out on your independent journey towards better sleep for your child. *Check out our add ons to upgrade your package!
